INICIS¡¯ principle business area is payment gateway services.
Through payment
gateway services, we enable easy and convenient payment via credit card or
other
payment methods between sellers (online vendors) and buyers (consumers).

INICIS began providing electronic payment services in 1998 and is the pioneer
of the domestic
e-payment industry. INICIS currently has the largest number of
e-payment solutions available
as well as the most sophisticated technologies
in the market.
3. Where does INICIS sit in terms of market share in the payment gateway market?
In 2008, INICIS recorded KRW 3.5 trillion in Transaction
Volume, accounting for more of
the
market (39%) than any of its competitors.
4. What is the Transaction Volume?
Transaction Volume refers to the transaction volume concerning credit card companies with
which INICIS signed direct contracts and is a common benchmark taken to represent
market
share in the e-payment industry.
5. What are the company¡¯s total number of shares issued?
As of december 31, 2008 a total of 12,835,860 shares (common stock) had been issued.

(i.e. depending on circumstances
such as when stock options are exercised).

Figures for Q1 are released in May; August for Q2; November for Q3; and Q4 in

Thanks to the growth of the e-commerce market, INICIS recorded KRW 105.5 billion
in sales,
which is an increase of 35% compared to the previous year,
and KRW 12.8 billion in operating
Net income.

Currently, INICIS has a list of nearly 41,000 client companies. These include
major domestic
partners like SK Communications, NCsoft, YBM Sisa.com. They also
include several
major multinationals such as Overture, Hewlett Packard, and Microsoft.
